The mast head, in this case GQ is in big uppercase letters in the top left corner, this is because when the magazine is getting sold in the shop you can see the mast head over the top of the magazine in front. The central image covers the whole magazine and is placed in the middle of the cover with the cover lines in big uppercase letters with the name Mila Kunis in big bold writing so fans of the celebrity kunis will instantly know she's in it. It says ‘comedy issue’ which is for the target audience so that people who are fans of comedy magazines will know there is comedy involved. The puff is just underneath the mast head and shows the date that the magazine came out and what edition of the magazine it is. There is also a graphic feature that mentions ‘expert fashion advice’ which will make another completely different audience look at the magazines.

  1. fans of comedy may well be a secondary TA for this addition. Why will this image of the female entice TA of males to buy magazine? look at the pose and the suggestive way she is looking at the audience while sucking the straw.
